Returns

Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your furniture item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non‑Returnable Items

Certain items are non‑returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Personalized or custom‑made furniture
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Perishable goods
  • Gift cards
  • Assembled furniture (if assembly has been completed by the customer)

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@sparrowio.shop. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., wrong furniture item shipped or defective product). In the case of our error, we will provide a prepaid return label. For large furniture items, we will coordinate with you to arrange the most cost‑effective return method.

Refunds

Refund Processing Time

Once your returned furniture is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 2 business days after approval. A credit will then be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected time frame, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or payment provider. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@sparrowio.shop.

Exchanges or Damaged Products

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a furniture item for a different style, color, or size, you will need to return the original item following our return policy and place a new order for the furniture item you want.

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged furniture item, immediately contact us, provide detailed information about the damage along with clear photos, and request a replacement or refund. Please keep the original packaging and the damaged item as evidence.
